The list on the right shows the type of work used to build various aspects of a website or multimedia application. This page explains what these are.

HTML WEBSITES

These are sites that I construct using Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver version 8. The layout is acheived using either tables or layers. Any interactivity is added using javascript. The style of the site can be created either using cascading style sheets (css) or table templates. These sites are constructed fairly quickly.

FLASH WEBSITES

Flash sites, built with Adobe/Macromedia Flash Professional version 8, generally take me a bit longer to construct as the build is more technically challenging. Although the end product can be very modern and sleek. Flash is used to acheive 2D animated effects and is very good for video content as well. However flash is not suitable for every kind of website. For content that needs to be altered frequently you are better to opt for the HTML site.

CDROM APPLICATIONS AND ANIMATION

Depending on requirements, I can build animated applications using either 3D software, or for 2D versions I would use Flash or Macromedia Director. I would have to assess your requirements very carefully before committing myself to this type of work because of the time involved.

GRAPHICS

For the corporate look, banners, logos, adverts and print accessories can be designed as extras to your web site. Prices are negotiable.
